How I got here

A pitch-black road, a midnight deadline, and the truth about success.

Picture this: a pitch-black, icy country road. Two choices — risk everything or let the biggest opportunity of your life pass you by. I chose risk. I chose bold. I chose don't crash, don't crash, don't crash while racing toward my laptop to meet a midnight Whole Foods Market deadline.

That insane winter drive taught me the one truth I've built everything on: fortune favors the bold. On April 11, 2013, when I saw my products on Whole Foods shelves for the first time, I realized success isn't delivered by perfect conditions. It's created from within.

And that's exactly how real estate works. Every market shift, every bad lead, every doubt whispering in your ear is an invitation: quit or grow. Agents who survive — and thrive — understand that success is not about external circumstances. It's about an internal shift.

The beginning
Born entrepreneur
At six I charged my grandfather for parking his moped in the driveway. In school I sold earrings and hand-knit sweaters. As a teenager I raised funds for the Red Cross. Selling was never something I learned — it was something I was.

I landed in the U.S. with a suitcase and a dream. Built my skincare brand Simply Birgit from scratch — through Kirby vacuums, gym memberships, and the kind of sales jobs that toughen your skin fast — until it landed on the shelves of Whole Foods, Lucky Vitamin, and national retailers.

I didn't just study agents — I was one. I've sold commercial and residential real estate and I know firsthand what it feels like to stare at your CRM and not dial. To know exactly what you should do and still not do it. And I know what it takes to break through that — because I did.

After selling my company and working in real estate myself, I turned my obsession with neuroscience, emotional intelligence, and human behavior into a coaching practice. I saw what was missing: real estate training that goes beyond production and tackles the mindset, the body, the brain, and the messy human behind the business card.

I'm a first-generation immigrant from Germany who landed in the U.S. with a relentless drive to figure out how humans actually work — under pressure, under fear, and under the weight of their own expectations. I've sold commercial and residential real estate myself, so when I talk about staring at your phone and not dialing, I'm not theorizing. I've been there. I know what it feels like to know exactly what to do — and still not do it. And I know what it takes to break through that — because I did.

I meet agents where they are, not where a training manual says they should be. My work combines applied neuroscience, emotional intelligence, and real-world real estate strategy — because the gap between knowing and doing isn't a motivation problem. It's a wiring problem. And that's exactly what we fix.
